If you watch my YouTube videos, you know I am a candle fiend. I always love to have candles burning--I find the scents and flickering of the flames very relaxing.
Leaves is my favorite Fall scent. I like lighter scents year-round (it rarely gets below 60--lighter scents are a must), and Leaves totally fits the bill. The scent (I smell mostly apple, but also cinnamon and cider) is fresh without being summery.
Autumn is my other favorite Fall scent for a candle. Autumn has some similar scents to Leaves, but t is definitely a more crisp scent. Autumn can get a little woody at times, but it's not overwhelming and that's sometimes what you want in a Fall candle.
Last time I went to Bath and Body Works, the saleswoman convinced me to pick this candle up at half price. I'm usually not one for a bakery scent, but Cinnamon Sugared Donut has converted me. It literally smells like a cinnamon sugared donut, and it's a very warm scent that reminds me of baking desserts with my family on Thanksgiving.
Do you have any favorite candles for Fall? I am trying out my new Winter candles and will post about them after Thanksgiving once I've had a chance to better acquaint myself with them.
