Joyful Noise

"Joyful Noise" is out y'all! I am so excited!

Dolly Parton is one of my favorite entertainers, so I know this movie is going to be awesome! She wouldn't be in it if it was going to be a bad movie!

I also think Queen Latifah is a great actress and singer. She killed it in Hairspray and Chicago.

Have you seen the previews for this movie? I have been excited to see it since I first heard Dolly was going to be in it. Yesterday morning when Dolly and Queen Latifah were on the Today Show performing it made me want to see the movie even more! I am going with one of my friends next week, so no spoilers!

Recognizing Actors

I am terrible at recognizing actors from one movie to another. Or one TV show to another.  Or one episode to another (because really, who can remember what Ted's newest lady friend looks like from week to week?).

I've had two kinda awful ones this week. One was the girl who played Zoey on HIMYM (Who knew she was on another TV show already??? Certainly not me!) The other one is Elizabeth Banks. 

I was reading an article about her on The Huffington Post and when I looked for the Lucky magazine cover to figure out where I know her from. You'll see how I got so confused so easily.

This is Elizabeth Banks playing Effie in "The Hunger Games", aka the most recent picture I had seen her in before this cover shoot.

She was also in "Definitely, Maybe", which I had no clue was the same person as...

Avery Jessup from 30 Rock!

There are a LOT of other movies she has been in, these are just the ones that when I saw pictures of her I thought "Wait WHY don't I remember her being in this???" Her as Avery surprised me... probably because I mostly remember pregnant Avery and she looks very different when she isn't acting like she's pregnant!

I can't be the only one who does this... who have you gotten confused about lately?

It's not easy being green...

I kinda LOVE The Muppets. I am so excited for the new movie... not only is it way overdue, but I think Jason Segel is really funny and I know he's going to do a great job with it. 

Miss Piggy was my favorite when I was little. I also REALLY loved Muppet Babies. 

Muppet Vision 3D is my favorite thing at Hollywood Studios too!

Do you like The Muppets as much as me? Probably not, but you totally should. =]
