Well hello there! I hope everyone had a fantabulous Halloweekend! Mine was fairly uneventful, mostly spent studying and hanging out with my dog Ozzie.
I definitely think of myself as more of a "vlogger" than a blogger (at least thus far in my short-lived vlogging and blogging careers). I have tried to blog before but I always get distracted by the numbers. Now that I am beginning to see some more success with my YouTube channel, I've decided to give blogging another try.
If you're anything like me you are changing your ideas for a Halloween costume until the last second. These are some quick and easy Halloween ideas from a few of my favorite beauty gurus on YouTube.
EmilyNoel83's tutorial for a makeover/under Halloween costume is so unique and easy to do! I suggest pairing the makeup look (half done up, half done WAY down) with a basic outfit, funky jewelry/accessories on your glammed up side, and mix-matched shoes to go with the two "sides" of the costume.
Macbarbie07 is a really fun guru and she is ONLY FIFTEEN! Her nerd tutorial is so cute! If I didn't already have my costume I would definitely do this. Apparently it's "cool" to be nerdy now but uh HELLO! I've always thought nerdiness is cool! You can alter the outfit to match nerdy clothes that you have at home, and the makeup look is really simple and includes items you already have too!
If you aren't planning on dressing up, AllThatGlittlers21's "Pop of Pumpkin" tutorial will give you a festive look without going overboard. Elle uses some more high-end products in this video, but if you can't afford the items she uses you can always go to the drugstore and try to find something similar for a lot cheaper.
